I simply fell in love with Sidney.........the scenery, the warmth of the community and such joys of a small but vibrant seaside town.

 

In 2021 I became the proud owner of beautiful Waterlily Shoes downtown Sidney.  A few years later I was pondering another opportunity, to purchase another business, just opposite Waterlily......Provenance Fine Things. I simply couldn't resist.

 

Waterlily and Provenance were in fact sister stores for many years previously.  Waterlily was founded by Sandy Baynton in 2007 and she also purchased Provenance from Knickerbockers in 2014.  Sandy very sadly became ill and passed away in 2019 and I'm so sorry I didn't get a chance to meet this amazing, entrepreneurial lady. Her son inherited Provenance and in 2023 decided to sell.  It gave us this incredible opportunity for these two amazing stores to come back together again under the same umbrella.....sisters once again. It was quite meant to be!

 

​I have fabulous teams at both stores and our passion is to deliver beautiful, functional, unique, stylish things to you, within a gorgeous, small-town setting. So much thought goes into our collections and everything we offer we hope will become an intimate part of your life, items that you will cherish for a long time to come and that they will always bring you happiness and joy each time you use them. ​
